1) Yes! He'd try and walk her through a logical decision and simultaneously calm her down, all while being very dodgy about his own acceptance letters. "We're talking about you, not me." "Don't worry, I have options." That kinda thing.

Yeah, Jesse has a high tolerance for intoxicants in general. I imagine he gets high the way my boyfriend does where he just focuses really hard on video games and speaks very softly.
