Aaaand, speaking of Cricket and Ivy. I've been meaning to mention that Cricket would have apologized in person for snapping at Ivy during Uly's disappearance. I dropped the ball, but lil Miss Perfect would have definitely said her sorrys. That said, she's pretty much done with paranormal hunting. She feels like she may have caused Uly's disappearance by baiting the THiNG. I mean, she is still incorrigibly nosy and will soak up any info, but she's not producing much info these days. Also, she hates the THiNG with a burning passion and wants to fight it.
he better keep a lid on his twin hang ups because if he doesn't she's gonna parent trap him someday
I figured she would have! Ivy wouldn't make a big deal of it because she's clearly also a very codependent and protective sibling and she knows she would've like lost her mind if anything had happened to Laurel. since Ivy's also been laying off it a little, she might still ward Cricket in to her anonymity charm findings if they haven't had the hanging-up-my-ghost-hunting-hat talk
This masquerade is his absolute worst nightmare. He just wants to kiss a funny girl and the universe is throwing so many wrenches at him
God bless Ivy. Cricket would appreciate a ward. I guess she's not totally hanging up her hat. She's just shifting her hat from 'understanding' to 'destroying.' And I don't think she would have expressed that to Ivy yet, so they can journal about it!
